Yoga

Yoga for health is a 60 minutes morning class is provided two times per week by professional teacher. You will learn to balance the lymphatic system, tighten the abdominal muscles and increase overall flexibility of your body from spine, neck, shoulders, arms, hands and legs to balance the nervous system. Follow by meditation practice to focus on breathing and body movement and awaken awareness.

Time: 7 AM to 8 AM every Mondays and Wednesdays complimentary for resorts guests.

Place: Pomelo swimming pool deck
